We've seen how strange things can get at night......well things are about to get a whole lot stranger... This mysterious driver tricks cups into thinking he is about to pull over......then all hell breaks loose... In just a moment he is going to make a turn....into the twilight zone.........Watch! But in the blink of an eye the driver comes into view again... For a moment it seems that the driver and his car have disappear into thin air... The ooficers watching this get only a quick glimpse of the man behind the weel........its the last look they will get... This time he tries to outrun the police rather than just vanish... Even watching it again cops are unable to make sence....all they see is the intact fence and nothing more than the vanishing tail lights of what the garden city PD has come to call...The ghost car.

To close 2011 and welcome 2012, I held a Fire Ceremony, or Burn Event, to clear or transmute what needed to be let go of and purify my physical, emotional, and spiritual self, my world, and affairs. This video features images from that Burn, some capturing very significant items and/or their symbolic representations being cast into the flames to be forever consumed, transmuted, and in some cases, forgotten. 2011 brought many gifts and blessings, and also yielded much growth and consequently much to be shed; especially in preparation for the auspicious year of 2012 which is now upon us. The fire photos seen here were taken during the last waning hours of 2011 on a very special stretch of coastline in Northern San Diego County.
