*** Video transcript below ("see more") *** I beat up my head pipe pretty good in the United MC Enduro a couple weeks ago. Put a huge dent in the pipe and marked it up good with burnt boot and pants rubber and plastic. There's burnt rubber marks, and of course there's that huge dent. We're going to get that dent out in the next video; for now, we're just going to focus on the burnt rubber marks. I'm going to be using this Blue Job Chrome Polish. It's $15 for this little can so it's a little pricey, but from my experience here it will last probably 2 or 3 cleaning jobs. The can comes with a buffing cloth and the actual polishing powder. You're supposed to wet the cloth with water, then dip it in the polishing powder. Right now, I'm wetting the cloth. And here I am putting the cloth into the polishing powder. And now applying it to the head pipe. I got the best results applying the polish while varying the pressure, direction, and speed of the motion, but if the burnt crap is pretty nasty, it could take a long time for you to notice any improvement. It took me about 30 to 40 minutes of application and reapplication before I completely got rid of the burnt on gunk. My Family and I live in the wilds of Oregon, flooding came rushing down our driveway. I put on plastic shopping bags over my socks and put on my shoes. I then took 13 gallon garbage bags and pin them to my pants, with help from my wonderful wife and daughter, Toni & Morwenna Rakestraw. In case anyone is actually wondering, I was trying to hippy-jump the chair, but I can't get enough hangtime for a multitude of reasons, the primary of which being because my pants are looser than your sister on prom night. I'm also toying with the setup of my film room, so there might be some significant changes in the near future. Getting some new furniture, etc. Also trying to spice my videos up with some interesting colour correction choices. Anyways, I'm a horrible skater and a mediocre traceur so I figured putting the two together would bring about some entertaining outcome. I like to think I was right, since everything just goes from bad to worse. I also picked the slipperiest day to try and NOT slide a chair down a slope, failing that as well.
