Father Michael Rodriguez appeared before the El Paso City Council on January 31, 2012. He presented the City Council the Roman Catholic Churches teachings on homosexuality. The last time he appeared before the City Council was in the summer of 2011. At that Council meeting Mayor Cook allowed lame duck City Representative Beto O'Rourke to personally attack Father Rodriquez and the Roman Catholic Church. Mayor Cook sided with O'Rourke to repudiate and nullify an ordinance passed by a large majority of the citizens of El Paso. Like dictators, they trampled upon the will and votes of their own citizenry. O'Rourke chose not to run for reelection in 2011. In 2012, he decided to run for the US House of Representatives. Over 15.000 recall signatures were gather and turned into the City Clerk who certified them as being adequate for a recall election of Mayor Cook and two other city representatives.

This is a video refuting the lie that the Roman Catholic Church was ever part of the historic faith. Fundamentalism has always rejected the Roman Catholic Church as a false church along with the Orthodox churches. Their source of truth was always the Holy Bible.

THE VATICAN'S MEDDLING IN MARRIAGE: ROMAN CATHOLIC ANNULMENT & THE FORBIDDEN EUCHARIST Many Catholics live with deep guilt regarding the Catholic laws on marriage. Without an annulment Catholics are forbidden from taking the Eucharist. A true understanding of marriage and the Gospel are needed by literally millions of Catholics. Larry Wessels, director of Christian Answers of Austin, Texas/ Christian Debater (YouTube channel CANSWERSTV; websites: BIBLEQUERY.ORG, HISTORYCART.COM, & MUSLIMHOPE.COM) actually attends the same church in Austin, Texas with former Roman Catholic priest Richard Bennett (website: BEREANBEACON.ORG) so the opportunity to present Richard's research is truly by God's providence. Defining marriage for its own purposes, breaking in pieces some vows of marriage, while putting together stipulations never intended by the Creator is all part and parcel of the Papacy's meddling in marriages. While the Catholic Church gives lip service to marriage as fashioned by God in its basic meaning and structure, in its law and practice it is totally different. The Catholic Church claims to have absolute authority over marriage and therefore exercises total legislation over marriage, even its validity and unmaking. For example, Pope Leo XIII tried to vindicate the Catholic Church's usurped authority over the institution of marriage when he declared, "When Christ, therefore, renewed matrimony and raised it to such a great [ie, sacramental] excellence, He gave and confided to the Church, the entire legislation in the matter." In Rome's Code of Canon Law she ...

Saint Francis in Ely is one of the most impressive late 20th century Catholic churches I have seen anywhere. It is a remarkable example how it is possible to be very modern while avoiding the descent into tasteless banality so often found in modern churches. This is too often the case, not only where Catholic churches are concerned but there are also sad examples of churches of other Christian denominations that make even warehouses look stately. One of the most impressive features of Saint Francis are the remarkable Stations of the Cross. I believe they were designed, made and installed by a Polish artist whose name I do not know. The music that accompanies the images is a lovely version of the Ave Maria sung by Ireland's great Count John McCormack...

No such law in the Bible "Nowhere" in the Bible do we find that Yahushua (Jesus) or the apostles ordered that the Sabbath be changed from Saturday to Sunday. Yahuveh (God Saves) given to Moses to keep holy Sabbath day, that is the Seventh day of the week, Saturday. The Catholic Church force everyone to worth ship on Sunday. The Catholic Church is paying the way for the Antichrist worship since October 3, 1947, which is Sunday.

Christianity Christianity (from the Ancient Greek word Χριστός, Khristos, "Christ", literally "anointed one") is a monotheistic religion[1] based on the life and teachings of Jesus as presented in canonical gospels and other New Testament writings.[2] Adherents of the Christian faith are known as Christians.[3] Christianity teaches that Jesus is the Son of God, God having become human and the saviour of humanity. Because of this, Christians commonly refer to Jesus as Christ or Messiah.[4] The three largest groups in the world of Christianity are the Roman Catholic Church, the Eastern Orthodox churches, and the various denominations of Protestantism. The Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox patriarchates split from one another in the East--West Schism of 1054 AD, and Protestantism came into existence during the Protestant Reformation of the 16th century, splitting from the Roman Catholic Church.[5] Christianity began as a Jewish sect in the mid-1st century.[6][7] Originating in the eastern Mediterranean coast of the Middle East (modern Israel and Palestine), it quickly spread to Syria, Mesopotamia, Asia Minor and Egypt, it grew in size and influence over a few decades, and by the 4th century had become the dominant religion within the Roman Empire.[8] During the Middle Ages, most of the remainder of Europe was Christianized, with Christians also being a sometimes large religious minority in the Middle East, North Africa, Ethiopia[9] and parts of India.[10] Following the Age ...

Fr. David Scotchie (pastor of St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church in Orlando, FL) is interviewed on February 2, 2012 by local Fox affiliate WOFL news about the HHS mandate under "Obamacare" that would force Catholic hospitals and other services to provide health insurance that covers birth control and other abortion-inducing drugs. "No one is forcing an employee to work for a Catholic school or... work for a Catholic hospital, yet this mandate - this new ruling - would force Catholic institutions and all institutions and employers to cover things that would violate their conscience... An injustice anywhere is a strike against justice everywhere." For more information, see: www.usccb.org

The parishioners of Mount Calvary Church were the first group of Americans to be received into full communion with the Roman Catholic Church through the newly established Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter, an ecclesiastical structure created by Pope Benedict XVI to make it easier to welcome former Episcopalians into the Catholic Church. Father Steenson is the newly appointed leader of the ordinariate and is known as the "ordinary." Jason Catania, the former pastor of Mount Calvary who was received into the Catholic Church with his parishioners, was joined by three other priests who came into the church the same day. The former clergymen will begin a formation program to become Catholic priests. David Reamsnyder, one of the priests, was received into the church at the same time as his wife, Beth, a former Catholic, was reconciled to their church, and their son, Charles, received his first Communion and their infant daughter, Cora Elizabeth, was baptized.
