Legal loophole prevents staff of small Woolworths stores sharing in £68m.

This is the Woolworths Carpark at Neutral Bay. It's a 10 km/h Shared Zone where pedestrians have absolute right of way. There's no enforcement of the speed limit, or of motorists failing to give way to pedestrians. This video shows practically every motorist failing to stop at the Stop Sign. Many motorists go through at speed. Most fail to use indicators when turning left into Cooper Lane. In spite of repeated requests to do something, North Sydney Council has done nothing. The PCA is campaigning, with the help of nearby shop-keepers, to have a large Stop Sign painted on the road and other additional Stop Signs, at eye-level on the same posts. The Police have conducted enforcement operations at this location and have witnessed the same flouting of the law.
